BASE SERVICES
FLOOR PLANS
Floor plans are developed to communicate the proposed layout and design intent of the project and may be used for contractor pricing and project planning purposes.
INCLUDED:
- Dimensioned and labeled floor plans prepared for contractor review and estimating.
- Client presentation floor plans with reduced dimensions for improved readability.
- Each floor plan is provided one drawing for every level of the structure.
REVISIONS:
- Three revisions are included at no additional cost during the design process.
- Revisions beyond the included scope may be subject to additional fees.
ELEVATIONS
Exterior elevations are prepared to illustrate the appearance, proportions, and architectural character of the project.
INCLUDED:
- Four dimensioned exterior elevations for contractor review and estimating
- Four client presentation elevations with reduced dimensions for improved readability
EXTERIOR RENDERS
Semi-photorealistic images used to visualize exterior materials, architectural form, details, colors, finishes, and basic landscaping concepts. Custom materials, colors, and finishes may be requested to develop the desired design. More extensive landscaping design is available as an additional service upon request.
INTERIOR RENDERS
Semi-photorealistic images used to visualize interior materials, spatial forms, lighting, cabinetry, furniture, colors, and architectural details. Custom materials, colors, finishes, and furniture may be requested to develop the desired design.
ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS
Drawings may be requested individually or in combination as applicable to the project, including foundation plans, building section cuts, and reflected ceiling plans.
SITE & LANDSCAPING CONCEPTS
Includes plant selection and care information, plant coordination and placement, outdoor living spaces, basic drainage considerations, and the development of a cohesive and visually appealing outdoor environment.
DETAILED ELEVATIONS
Includes up to 4 dimensionally accurate elevations, as applicable to the project, illustrating materials, colors, architectural details, and additional design elements. Drawings are intended primarily as an artistic and visual representation of the proposed design.
DETAILED FLOOR PLANS
Includes dimensionally accurate, visually detailed floor plans illustrating spatial layout, materials, colors, furniture, cabinetry, and other interior design elements as applicable to the project. Plans are intended primarily as an artistic and visual representation of the proposed design.
